    Hello all,

Last night, my site automatically upgraded to 4.5.2, which disrupted my forum functionality (among many other things!) I’ve restored the primary forum, but now in BBPress, there is an issue linking the root forum page to the individual forums. The forums are still active, but are not going to their proper permalink location. Strangely enough, when I create a new forum, my WP Admin “permalink” (in the forum creator visual editor) does, in fact, show me the correct permalink structure. But when I hit that “Publish” button, that permalink is then rewritten with a new, undefined structure that will not link from the “/forums” root page. Example below…

    Ex:
    – I create my “Rules” forum and the permalink is structured as “/forums/forum/rules”.
    – I hit “Publish”.
    – The “Rules” forum appears in my root forums menu (/forums)
    – I click the “Rules” forum from root. It brings me to a 404 Error.
    – If I go back to the WP Admin Forum Creator, I see that the new permalink inside of that “Rules” forum is no longer “/forums/forum/rules”, but is instead “/?forum=rules”. This page loads the forum as I intended for “/forums/forum/rules” to.

Included are a few links to demonstrate. Does anyone know what is causing this? Thanks.

    Root: https://www.stairwayofphi.com/forums/

    Where I navigate to: https://www.stairwayofphi.com/forums/forum/rules/

Where the forum actually is being stored: https://www.stairwayofphi.com/?forum=rules
