BBpress problem

    Created table bbpress_forums
    Created table bbpress_posts
    Created table bbpress_topics

    I ran the file…but got that error. Whats wrong?

    Ok. Well, whatever It was, The tables were still created. One problem. In podz guide:

    In phpMyAdmin, click to browse the bb_users table, and then click to EDIT that table.
    The last variable there is user_type. Now look at lines 400 onwards in the file you opened it’s the end of the file).
    See that the number you enter corresponds to certain text. Feel free to change either, but do check that each matches. If you enter a number that does not match something in the file, nothing will appear under your name in the forum.

    Ok, I see the field user_type. and in Template-functions.php, Its opened. What do I do now? I dont get it.

    Then how am I suppose to get support for it?

    Post on their blog, I would assume.

    Do not use a product at this stage and expect active support – use it to find bugs and assist in development.

    There’s a whole post and 24 comments over there on installation.

    The guide url has been altered – it will 404 on my domain.

    Ok. I guess I installed it fine. Is it suppose to be naked (r0x0rz.info/forum)?

    Looks like you need to develop a stylesheet for it. Maybe try manipulating the one for your blog?

    It’d be nice if you made clickable links, btw.

    Ok. Got a new stylesheet ;). Last question and I got to leave. How does the bb-admin work? I get a forbidden error when going to /bb-admin.

    And Is the “FreshNess” suppose to be 1 hour always?

    I don’t know. You need to check at the bbpress blog.

    Don’t take the hint very well do you XeroCool.
    TAKE your BBPress problems to the correct venue.

    Why do I get the feeling if this thread had been left unanswered there would have been a complaint about it.
