BBPress Topic Body blank when submitted

I have been using the Mantra theme for some time now. I think its great. We have built a support site from it and all is good but I do have a bit of a problem.

I have bbpress installed, so I have a blog and forum under Mantra. Unfortunelty users are having difficulty submiting a new topic in our forum.

When a user try to submit a new topic under a forum they add a Topic Title and the body of their forum article in the editor and finally press submit. What appears is a screen showing the Topic Title inplace but the body of their article missing. If they re-enter the body at this screen the body will save correctly. I have tried different editors, forum styles but nothing will stop this issue from appearing. I also have taken all Mantra theme updates but still no joy.

This could be a wordpress issue but maybe someone can help me figure out what to try next.
