bbPress vs phbb vs. others

Hi I was wondering which forum software is best to put onto my blog to add a blog to my site (it’s a www.ads-software.com blog)
bbPress or a phbbb or a wordpress plugin or any suggestions from you?
Also, can someone tell me whether or not I can even use these softwares to put a forums onto my site (i.e. mysite.com/forums)?
