BCC Mails for Note for customer

    Hello!
    The following setup is installed:

    WooCommerce version 6.6.1
    Germanized for WooCommerce Version 3.9.8
    MailPoet Premium Version 3.91.0

    I have in the settings under the following path:
    “WooCommerce Settings -> EMails -> Note from customer” I entered my email address at “BCC recipient”. Nevertheless, I do not receive any mails when I add a note to the customer’s order. I would also like to receive notices that I send to the customer via the backend by e-mail. Any ideas?

    Hi @lumpenhaendler,

    Adding a BCC recipient is not a WooCommerce core feature. Can you please let us know if you’re using a plugin or a snip to add this feature?

    If you’re not sure, in order to have a better understanding of your setup, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status?

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
