We just tested the plugin with Loco Translate plugin and its working fine.

Here is my example.
1) I install the blog designer + Loco Translate plugin.
2) I translate Read More text to Weiterlesen
3) I convert my website to German https://screenshots.firefox.com/Ye0C38twZv6BzRzC/192.168.1.151
4) And here is output : https://screenshots.firefox.com/o1hdIrTL16FdOYR7/192.168.1.151

Thanks it works, but i need system language English.. (In dashboard many plugins and functions still have incorrect translation))
