• Well, wished I had read the reviews before I spent 150$ for this full of bugs plugin. Don`t get me wrong, a complex plugin can have bugs, thats not the point. Trying to charge a customer for solving bugs is the other point. This plugin feels uncomplete. I′m trying to get a refund by Paypal now.

    Hi @patrickschultz,

We regret that you had a bad experience with our support team therefore, as you know that the addons you purchased are perfectly working fine also after this bad review our team is still responding to you on support ticket.

As per our findings you were looking for a feature in myCred(Free Plugin) which was not described in our documentation or plugin’s feature description that is why we have given you an option for paid customization.

Our support team already emailed you regarding the feature you requested so we can resolve this mutually. Looking forward to hearing from you at [email protected]

    Where is their support team?

I’ve posted a question on their forums that’s been held for moderation for the last week and a half.

I finally get an email back from a support request (week + delay) and the response was literally them asking me to ask my questions again in a different way, even though I was quite detailed the first time around. When I answered, I haven’t heard back from them in a week + still?

I’m getting “503 backend fetch failed” errors on documentation links like: https://codex.mycred.me/chapter-iii/gateway/

Their support form often fails to submit…

    What gives?
