Be careful before buying Pro version

I have bought the pro version to get the filter option.
It works ok but no possibility to limit the number of portfolios to display, whilst this option is available for simple portfolios.
So either use portfolio simple and limit the number of portfolios
or use portfolio filter but no limit of the number of portfolios, which might problematic on home page.
I have contacted support but their answer is that it has never been indicated in demos or plugin description that filter and number limit are compatible !
