BE CAREFUL! Don’t work and support is so bad

    Purchased a license with Ticket Selling Add-ons. Tried to activate the license after purchase. Does not work! Even installed on an empty WP environment. Standard solutions such as deactivating and reactivating have already been tried. Also gave support access to the test environment and received the response from them ‘I have installed sell tickets plugin from my end please go to event manager>> license and activate the license.’. Would you think? I already installed the official most recent version and that is not the problem. The problem is that the license is not accepted for the tickets add-on. So it is literally in the ticket. Activating other add-ons does work.
    It has now been 6 days. You will receive short answers from support, a maximum of 1 per day. Very slow support and not effective! Scheduling a Zoom meeting via their link in the email is useless as they are not present. Not even after waiting 20 minutes. There website chat is also fake! Nobody response. Feels like a scam! BE WARNED!
