Be careful with this developer…

I give only one star and I justify my rating as follows:

A review is for helping other people have a global idea about a developer and his/her support.
I installed his plugin but it didnt work on my installation. I dont say that the plugin is bad, just that it didnt work for me. Communicating with this developer is not just a loss of time; he may insult you as he did with me.

I posted a screenshot of the navbar of a group and, as my site is in french, I translated all the difficult words in english so he can see that there was not a *group chat* entry there. His plugin didnt show anything in that area. He answered that this screenshot means nothing for him, since he doesnt speak french and some posts later he suggested me to … create groups (thanks, I know a group chat is to be used with groups; the screenshot shows a group navbar).

When I finally told him I installed a plugin of another guy he insulted me. If the moderator leaves the posts there, you can see the discussion

This man is not a professional. I think that a review should include an opinion about professionalism as well, as this person may sell premium services later.

So my opinion is that you can download this plugin (it may work for you) but avoid long conversation with this person. He has a very special character and may spoil your mood…
