Be careful with this plugin… It hurt our eCommerce.

  • The first time we saw and used this plug-in, we were really impressed with the features, and how things looked like. Much fancy-looking stuff and features that’d beat any other eCommerce solution platform for digital goods. BUT it’s too tricky!
    Most of the features they have don’t work and everything is sooo buggy!

    We actually paid them and got the pro version. Used it for a day, and guess what? The next day when I woke up, I saw tons of complaints from users.

    Because the download links, that were sent to the users automatically by them, were showing them errors randomly… too many users thought we were spammers because they couldn’t download their product after signing up!

    So I ran into their support. No live chat, no phone support… I emailed them and got an automatic response, then one of them got back to me after a couple of days, giving me a very random response… I got so angry about their service and told them our experience has been horrible. Almost all the features we were using had problems, that were causing us new problems…

    They simply ignored. I asked for a refund. And they said they don’t give us a refund as it’s not in their terms and conditions. BUT I decided to give this honest review here. Be careful. Their plugin is not a solution but a problem creator.

    Extremely sorry that you have a bad experience with us. But I assure you, it is only for some misunderstanding.

    Probably you emailed us instead of posting in the tech support forum ( I emailed them and got an automatic response ), you got an automated reply and in that reply, you actually were suggested to post in the forum ( there was the forum link with email ).

    In our forum, our support team replies within just a few hours, and most of the users get a solution within a single and 2nd reply, most of them are just proper configuration issues.

    I assure you, every feature you were is fully functional. Otherwise, the plugin couldn’t live with 100,000+ users.
