Beanstream error

  • Hello,

    I use Beanstream payment gateway and it’s plugin on my web site. My customers are getting this error when they try to make a purchase with any kind of credit cards:

    /home/erensen1982/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-beanstream-payment-gateway/woocommerce-gateway-beanstream.php on line 345

    Test payments are working well but when it comes to real credit cards that error shows up. I already contacted beanstream and they have ran their own test and seems like everything is working on their end.

    Could you please tell me what to do??

    how long more you will be ignoring me???

    I’m having the same problem! The test worked fine but now real sales won’t go through.
    There is another thread on this problem from about 7 months ago, and a vague bit of code was suggested to change which I tried and it did not resolve the problem.

    This appears to be a serious problem and one would assume it would have been addressed by now!

    Please give us help on this with FULL code to fix it, or supply a patch or even a new php file.
    (Meanwhile no sales are going through)
