Beautiful and Thoughtfully Developed Themes and Outstanding Customer Support.

I have been teaching myself WP for the past two years or so. During that time I have designed several websites using many different themes. I designed a site recently with the Blossom Spa theme, the free version. I was really pleased with how thoughtfully the theme was developed. There were some features available in the premium theme that I wanted for my client so I upgraded. I was surprised by how many more features the Pro theme offers. I had to reach out to support a couple of times and found them to be very responsive and helpful. I am in the process now of designing a new website using the Blossom Pro theme. Because there are so many design options the new website will look very different from the last site I did even though I am using the same theme. All that being said what I am most impressed by is the level and quality of customer support I have received. I ended up joining Blossom Themes “Theme Club”, which affords me lifetime access to all Blossom themes, updates and support. I know I sound like I work for Blossom Themes and that this is just a sales pitch but I am just a satisfied customer who so appreciates that someone on the other side of the planet is willing to conference with me at all hours to help me when I get stuck. I have been working primarily with NabinJ and of all the things I have in my life to be grateful for, he is now one of them. I am sticking with Blossom Themes and maybe someday I will actually get good at this web design thing.
