    Hi there!

    The Contact page (URL provided) is now messed up and no longer renders properly. Neither it does in the WordPress Admin. Both the Edit version and the rendered final version. This happened after I opened it up a few days ago in the Beaver Builder Editor and hit the Done. I did not make any changes then.

    I am also noticing that other pages that are Beaver Builder pages are not rendering properly in Edit mode.

    I tried creating a new Page. Same thing.

    I am wondering if this is an update or layout issue or what?

    Please advise as I don’t think I will make any edits or hit done on any other page until this is figured out.

    Thoughts?

    Hi Johnny, it looks like you updated Themer to the latest version but are still using older versions of the core plugin and 3rd party add-ons. You’ll want to update everything. The older versions of the add-ons in particular have a compatibility issue with current versions of Themer and the result is missing styles like you are experiencing. Once you update BB, PowerPack and Ultimate Add-ons, you should see the issue resolve.

    Thanks Jamie! I am impressed by your experience and knowledge!

    Looks like we need to get a few licenses updated. The Beaver Builder stuff was installed under an Agency edition, and we don’t have that.

    What I did for now is restore the site from backup. Restored the database and files. The Contact page URL above still messed up for some reason. I am going to clear the cache next and hold of a day or so. If that doesn’t work, I will restore from a previous backup until I reach a point where it is fixed.

    Thanks for your recommendation. It helped us look at a few things here and clarify a few things too!
