• Can’t access my site to make updates. I get the WordPress menu at the top with greyed-out screen. Go Daddy technical support informed me that after switching off all the plugins they detected that Beaver Builder theme was the problem (mentioned some issue about CSS which I don’t fully understand as I am far from technical). Contacted Beaver builder and they are unable to fix the problem

    Hi Paul,

When you contacted us, we asked for the exact information GoDaddy provided you when they said it was a conflict because we had you test with a default theme and the same thing occurs which shows it’s actually not a theme issue.

We then asked you to proceed with a plugin conflict check and we haven’t heard back from you regarding that. We’re happy to continue helping you figure out the problem but it would be helpful to know exactly what information GoDaddy provided you since we’ve already determined it isn’t a theme issue.

If you can provide that and also complete the plugin conflict check as previously requested and then reply to your ticket with us, that will help us get to the bottom of it.

Here are the plugin conflict check instructions again for reference:

Hope to hear from you soon!
