It works if you click on the button around the text, but not the text itself.

This is just a regular Beaver Builder button, right? (Not an add-on pack)

I can’t seem to replicate this on any other sites.

In fact, if I click repeatedly on the same spot on the button on your site, it will popup.

The error is related to jQuery not being available (though, as I say, it works sometimes)

Are you able to send me a backup of your files and database?

If you can do so, and then head to https://wpdevelopers.co.uk/contact/ and send me a link of the backup and I will see if I can identify why it’s not working on your site

I’ve also come across a problem, for some reason when you try to open the popup, by clicking on the button that states ‘CONTINUE: Get Paint Relief Now’ you have to click it twice for it to register the popup.

I’m getting an error of;
Frontend.js:439 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘getScript’ of undefined
at n.onOpen (Frontend.js:439)
at n._fireEvent (jBox.js:225)
at n.<anonymous> (jBox.js:1396)
at n.open (jBox.js:1458)
at Frontend.js:885

The issue is resolved by adding jquery library file in footer.

Hi @vikki05 – that’s the same site that @connor234 sent to me in the first message ??

You are right – it is an issue with jQuery being unavailable for the first click, but why this happened I don’t yet know.

I’ve tested on a few other sites and am unable to replicate, so once @conner234 sends me the site, I’m able to troubleshoot. It could be a plugin conflict, perhaps.
