Became a fan of their support

I recently purchased their pro version and had some trouble while configuring the plugin as i belong to humanities background. So contacted the support team via email.

What then? You’ll be surprised that they called me within 5 minutes on my cell and assisted me over the phone.

I have never seen such kind of support anywhere throughout my life, not even at the big players and market leaders’ support center.

Customer service is the key to success for any firm and seems lionscripts knows it very well.
