    Hi guys
I have used beehive loads of times and never had an issue – on my current site however its connected but will not display any data. Its been days. I reset then removed and redid it again from the start but still no data.

    Hi @trayci,

Just to be sure you get the same issue when you try the “Refresh Data” button under Beehive > Google Analytics > Statistics.

Could we know whether you are using Universal Analytics or Google Analytics 4 in Beehive? Is it possible to share a page URL of the website where you have configured so that we could have a better idea?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

    Hi,
I am having a similar issue with this plugin. I am not using the GA4. The site site is cte.capilanou.ca. It is a subsite of a multi site sites.capilanou.ca. CET has a separate GA account. We stopped collecting GA data in the main GA account on Friday.
I have tried the API approach also with no luck so far.
    Thank you for your help.

In addition I have a Fatal Error: Uncaught Exception: CURL error77 Error setting certificate verify location. I have verified the API.

    Hello @trulafountaine !

That gave a good hint which points at the possible cause of the issue here.

It looks like your site has a faulty SSL certificate, as can be checked here: https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=cte.capilanou.ca

In this case browsers will be usually fine with the current certificate, but some software which runs additional checks (usually server side) will treat the certificate as invalid.

Here you can find out more about this: https://bobcares.com/blog/curl-error-77-problem-with-the-ssl-ca-cert/

To fix the issue, please contact your hosting provider and request to fix this issue.

    Best regards,
    Pawel

Thanks for this quick reply, much appreciated. Yes, you are correct. Our server admin installed and reinstalled the cert. As far as she could tell there wasn’t any change to the cert that she was aware of. We are able to use Beehive Pro now.

    Hi @trulafountaine

I’m glad that this issue is resolved.

If you have a moment, I would very much appreciate it if you could quickly rate our plugin. This will help us keep the plugin available for free.
