Before After Widget – Slider Freezes

    This is the only issue preventing us from taking the site live at its actual URL. However, if we do make it live, the page link will then be https://bellmemorials.net/professional-restoration-and-cleaning-of-headstones-memorials

    The icon slider stays in place once you move it horizontally to the far left or right. Not going back and forth.

    I’ve deactivated plugins looking for a conflict. There is none. I’ve changed the server PHP level up and down, but that’s not it. I’ve flushed the cache, swept the database, and looked for z-index issues.

    I’m stumped. Can you help?

    First, thank you for choosing our theme and service.

    Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content click on Download Export File, and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well.

    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.

    Greetings again. The issue disappeared when another Elementor plugin automatically updated. That plugin provides the ability to create header/footer templates, so it looks like that other plugin was a conflict, even though I didn’t catch it when deactivating plugins. All is now working as it should be. Thank you for your prompt reply.
