    Hello:

    I tried to go to the stopbadbots webpage and it was blank—

    I’m willing to pay for the premium version f I may contact you with a presale question. I can sent you link to webalizer to see you if think stopbadbots will help.

    Basically, websites listed with Amazon IP address are hitting autoconnectedcar.com at rate of 100,000 a day for short hits.

    I need the RSS feed for google indexing and there are Firewall options installed on the server. We’re using Litespeed cache.

    Hi,

    To access our support page, check that:

    2) Use updated browser version (Chrome, Firefox or Safari)
    3) Don’t use Tor or VPN
    4) Don’t use IP with a bad reputation

    Anyway, the free version can help you to minimize this problem.

    You can try also our AntiHacker Plugin and AntiBots plugin.

    Hi Bill:

    I will download. I’m very displeased with AWS abuse—here is my response to giving them raw data.

    We were unable to identify the customer responsible for the reported activity. Due to the frequency with which AWS public IP addresses can change ownership, we will need additional information in order to identify the responsible customer(s).

    For security reasons, we do not open nor accept attachments. When replying, please provide plain-text logs of the abusive activity, including the following information, in the body of your email:

    * Complete, accurate timestamps of the activity including:
    – Date
    – Time
    – Time Zone
    * All source IPs
    * All source port(s) & protocol(s)
    * Destination IP(s)
    * Destination port(s) and protocol(s)
    * Log extracts showing the intensity and duration of the activity

    For a faster response with this report, please reply directly to this email with the original subject line and requested information.

    I’m hoping that the premium version has an export report feature.

    This is terrible—they are attacking us and we have to do the work to figure what they are doing. This is disgraceful. It looks like AWS knows that is going on.

    Thank you. I think I’ll get the premium version to support your efforts.

    Hi,

    You are welcome. Sorry know about it. A lot of big hosting doesn’t care about that.
    Our premium version doesn’t export reports.

    To report login brute force attacks, we have the free plugin Report Attacks.
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/reportattacks/
    and this plugin can replace AntiHackerPlugin (link above)

    The free AntiBots plugin has a table with visitors log. It is easy to filter and make copy and paste:
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/antibots/

    If you know how to use PHPmyAdmin, you can generate reports from the table wp_visitorslog.

    I’m working a lot to improve these tools.
    Cheers,
    Bill
