If you are having problems with MEC, before sending a ticket, first, please pay attention to the following hints:

2- If your issue is not found in the aforementioned sections, don’t worry. We always double-check everything before releasing each update to ensure that it works properly in all situations. However, there may occur a situation in which something happens which we had never encountered. In that case, you can send us a ticket and we will certainly do our best to get it resolved as soon as possible.
Please pay attention that the more specifically you describe your situation, the more accurate we can address it. In order to do so, please consider the following:
1- Provide us with the following details:

MEC’s version you use.
- Your WordPress and PHP version.
- Your live URL.
- A screenshot or a short video of your settings (so we can simulate your problem and come up with a solution).
- Also, Check these two common solutions:
- Deactivate all of your plugins and check the problem. If the issue was gone, activate the plugins one by one, and after activating each of them, check to see if the problem occurs. Keep us posted with the results.
- Do the above with the themes. Check your issue with one of the popular themes like Astra, Hello Elementor, Twenty Nineteen, or OceanWP. Again, keep us posted.
- Meticulously explain what you have done. We need to know what your last changes were.
When using MEC, you may see the error ‘The site is experiencing technical difficulties’. If you did, you can set your WordPress debug to true in order to see the complete error. Also, you can check with the WordPress admin and send the error to him/her. - Check the proper configuration for your WordPress website using the following article: https://www.ads-software.com/about/requirements/
- Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES, either here or on our own site: do not send your username and password. According to the rules of WordPress forums: https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines/ sending your credentials is not allowed.
Please note that premium support and free support are different.
