Begin After Scrolling

I checked your site and the autoplay worked fine. I checked the page in the latest Firefox (60.0.2) and Chrome (67.0.3396.87) versions.

From our end the setting that matters is the Play when visible at the Slider settings > Loading tab: https://smartslider3.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1292-slider-settings-loading
Which makes the autoplay start when at least the given percentage of the slider is visible.

May I kindly ask you to send a screen recording of when you enter the site?

Just enter the site and stay still, do not scroll down the page, remain at the top.

I can see your problem. I think it too, that it will be related to the “Play when visible” option:

so please try to lower that % value, maybe turn off the complete option!

If that wouldn’t work, send me an export of your slider:

to [email protected] and we will take a look at its settings!

Issue solved.

It was the “Play when visible”.
It was set to 90%, now it is set to 10%.
