Being found on Google

  • Hello! When I first set up my WordPress blog, it asked me about allowing my blog to be found through Google, or something like that. Well, for whatever reason, I unchecked that option. What does that option do exactly? I want to figure out how to go back and check it. I’m not asking how to optimize my site so that it can be found on Google necessarily, I just want to find this option again.

  • Log into your wp-admin and then click on the options tab (the last tab). then on the line under that click on the privacy tab (the 5th tab) there is 2 radio buttons there to select from, check the top one.

    no probs, it is only that i have caused what seems to be a fatal error on my own blog, that i have been looking at each and every option available.
