Being logged out just after logging in

  • a few of our users, after logging in, clicking on dashboard or another page, are immediately cycled and logged back out – the edit bar disappears. Help!

    Hi @hkgraphics,

    This issue can be caused due to conflicts with other plugins or your theme.
    Can you please try to do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.

    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Hi, thanks for your response. I think we’ve fixed the issue here by upgrading to 2.0. However, now I’m having issues where I have a simple page linked (correctly linked) that redirects you to the account page? This is a huge problem. Also, FYI the 2.0 panel in our page editors is FAR LESS user friendly.

    Just to clarify, when utilizing our short link (I’ve tested 3 different redirect plugins to see if this is the case) amiba.net/babads – when Ultimate member is deactivated it works. When it is activated, it takes you to a login page (or account page if you’re already logged in).
