Being told my site isn’t connected to WordPress.com and I can’t reconnect
-
Everything seemed to be working just fine for me until the other day. Now, I am unable to update my settings. Here are a couple of screen shots to illustrate the problem.
If I click on “This feature is provided by the WordPress.com cloud. Connect to set up your status alerts” I get this error: “Error unlinking from WordPress.com. Error: ApiError: Was not able to unlink the user. Please try again. (Status 400)” — which is weird because I wasn’t trying to UNlink at all.
Or here, if I click on “Configure your sharing buttons” or “Connect your social media accounts” — https://imgur.com/a/T4JJPfZ —
I get taken to https://wordpress.com/marketing/sharing-buttons/lukoff.us?site=www.writesofway.org … Lukoff.us is a different site of mine.
So basically it seems Writesofway.org has come unlinked from WordPress.com but I can’t figure out how to relink it.
Can someone help? This just started happening the other day and probably coincided with my recent update to the latest version of Jetpack. I haven’t made any changes over at WordPress.com.
Thank you!
