BELA menu options not workng properly

I set up an archive page using BELA, with four categories identified and selected. I may have somehow screwed up the menu order on the menu selection tab (it now shows category, date, tag) and when category and date are highlighted, the category tab shows empty, but the date tab shows posts by date.
