Hi,

There is a change regarding Belgium parcel codes and there have been sent out e-mails and instructions to check our software, but the PostNL software has not been updated for months…

Can we please finally get some details about this? The website says “As soon as more information is available, this will be shown here.” but it is already november.

WHEN will be this update be available? The page says “during 2021”, when is that? I do not see this change in the changelog yet and as the plug-in is not updated for months now I can assume also that it is not there yet, but the deadline is coming very very very close to have all of us test it, get a broken website, fix it and get everything back running again.

@postnl Still no reply, the page still says “As soon as more information is available, this will be shown here.” and it’s 15-12-2021? The deadline is near?

@artifexmedia The information on the developer portal is not entirely correct. Product codes in WooCommerce are not handled by the plugin and as such an update is not required per se. In the coming 2 weeks we will release a version of the plugin that will enable you to activate or deactivate insurance for shipments to Belgium. This is a minor update and will have minimum impact on the plugin and your website.

Now it’s januari and I get the error message:

add_shipments: Error in MyParcel API request: 5100 – – Can’t find price for Product ‘203’, Platform 5, Country ‘BE’,

In december this worked fine….

Please resolve this issue as no update is available for the plugin. I use 4.3.3

@postnl @duvadesa Same issue here.

I made this post to get the attention, clearly it did not help.
Everything was supposed to go automatic and/or a minor update was supposed to be available, but after 01-01-2022 there are only errors.

We have the fix and will release it this morning. You do not need to install a new version for this fix (although we will also release a new version of the plug-in today).
