• I run a residental management company, and I needed this plugin. After I updated my WordPress, it stopped redirecting the submissions to my e-mail. However I could still see them on the CPanel.

I wrote it in the forum, didn’t get a reply for a day so I sent an email to customer service. They asked for my login details and I gave them.

When I checked it out last night, things got worse, but I thought that would be ok, they are on it. 12 hours after I checked out my website, they still didn’t correct it.

Good thing that I had backup my website before things got worse. If my customers submit a form, they will be confused.(After you submit the form you see some coding)

If you have said, “sorry we messed things up a bit” 12 hours ago, I would have done the restore back then.

Hopefully the “restoring” my website won’t take too long, and everything will get back to normal (normal = I am settled for “my submissions not being redirected to my e-mail”)

When it is working, this plugin was good, really good, it really made a difference.

I am at my Office, hoping that the restore I requested will be done ASAP, so that my potential customers won’t be confused.

I paid $39 for this plugin, and I expected a better customer service.
