best 3 column theme

  • Looking for a 2 or 3 column simple wordpress theme which has the following features

    1. Show latest comments and entries in the right panel (on all pages)
    2. Display categories (tags) on the right
    3. Anyway to show “Popular postings” on the right panel?
    4. Each posting should have enough width, this can be solved by using 100% of the browser width

    When we upgrade WordPress it shouldn’t be too much of a hassle to make it work with the theme we select.
