Best approach for a gallery plugin

  • It’s very important to have and independent solution for your wordpress installation when comes to plugins and themes.

    If you ever decide to switch to a another plugin or remove it everything will be back to default wordpress settings.

    The only thing I would like to see improvments in the future is the footprint of this plugin when comes to pagespeed ranks, but not something that will stop me install it in new sites, it’s better than most other gallery plugins I have used.

    As for the pagespeed impact of our plugin, this is an issue we take very seriously, one of our upcoming task will be to rewrite the plugin using vanilla Javascript and avoid any jQuery.
