Best Backup Plugin for Multisite?

I have a large multisite installation and am looking for a better way to backup the installation files and database prior to attempt of an upgrade. Can someone recommend a good plugin or service for this? I don’t mind paying for the plugin as it’s such a crucial operation. Thanks in advance.
