Best CAS Plugin available

Fantastic CAS plugin, once you get it working, it takes care of itself.

I had a few minor changes I needed to make for a better user experience. Many of our users have bad bookmarks that usually include a stale ticket.

I’ve submitted a pull request but I am unsure if this is the correct github repository.
