Best Contact Form Plugin

Hi,

I am looking to migrate from Joomla to WP. For Joomla I use a plugin called aicontactsafe, which is quite fairly in the sense that it allows us to make custom forms and fields and captures all the info including senders IP in a database for easy downloads later. I was wondering if there is an equivalent for this in WP?
