Best custom form plugin i've ever used

I don’t usually leave reviews for anything but I made it a point to mention this one. The free version has almost every single option you could hope for in a form plugin…from custom fields like survey tools (price slider/etc.), multi-page forms, and it can even connect directly to any table and insert/update, whatever you want for fickin’ free! limit of I think 7 fields and no file upload on free version…not a big deal at all really. I’m most definitely purchasing!
