Best Customer Service!!!!

  • Raam, one of the developers for ZenCache went above and beyond to help me with plugin and theme conflict issues so that ZenCache would work properly. He did not have to fix this issue because it was not the their plugin, but it was other plugins that were causing the conflict. I was very upset that I could not use ZenCache, and my ratings with GTMetrix had dropped by 20%. Well, to say the least Raam, came through for me and ensured that all the plugins and my theme were all compatible and reconfigured everything for me. I don’t know how to thank him. Everything works, my GTMetrix went up and now I am a very happy camper. If I could give Raam, and his team a 10 I would.
