Best Customer Service

Short: the Best customer service ever seen.

Long: When I first run that PlugIn, it detected too many images which should not be in use, even if they are in use. But since I know the problems to find the right entries from programmatic perspective it was sad for me, but I wasn’t mad about it. So, I wrote Meow that the PlugIn detects too many images wrongly and if they can refund or resolve that issue. He replied really soon and gave me the offer to replicate the issue on their system so that they can check and add function for the PlugIn I use, which was not covered. After replicating and sending him the mail back, 4 or 6 hours later, a new version of the PlugIn was available, and now I was able to clean up my page, and they have a new supported PlugIn. Best customer service experience, long time seen.
