Best Customer Service Ever

Blake saved my day and was extremely patient and calm throughout our entire e-mail thread conversation! He e-mailed me within an hour of my original e-mail to him and continued to help me for the next hour and a half with my problem. I went step-by-step with him through my problem and he was able to pinpoint the solution to the dot. Everything went smoothly and the plug-in works beautifully and smoothly.
