Best fit for over night booking

I tried to use the free version for booking a studio at daytime. The free version has more functionality than other free booking plugins I have tested and can handle unlimited number og resources and bookings, but it seems to be designed for over night booking. I found no way to book a day even if the functionality seems to be there. When I book a day, it books the night.

There is also a problem that a room can be booked several times for the same period. The room is shown free until the booking is approved. But the room can be booked again even if the booking is approved.

The free version has no support.
