Best for the non-technical

This is the best choice for folks who need a WYSIWYG interface to create their forms. The form creation UI is easy to use, though limited in controlling the layout (e.g. you can’t place fields side by side).

The free version lacks the ability to create customized bot-screening questions, and doesn’t have a way to save submitted forms on the website — only email delivery is supported.

The integration with hCaptcha lacks the ability to allow logged-in users to bypass the challenge, however you can get this ability from the official hCaptcha plugin if you need it (i.e. don’t use the plugin’s built-in hCaptcha settings, but instead tell the hCaptcha plugin to apply itself to all WPForms forms).

From a developer perspective, the documentation for developing extensions is poor.
