Best Form Maker So Far

I am using this on on of my customer sites. I like the easy of use and the way it fits in t the sites theme with little modification. Also, I like the formatting of the email that is received. So far I have not seen any downside but I’m still experiment with it.

I have tried to use it on another site but I have been unable to get the messages to submit. This may be due to a theme or plugin conflict. Even with that, I would recommend this plugin.
