Best form plugin I could find

If you want full control over the look of your form and don’t want drag and drop and a ton of extra scripts loaded. Everything is customizable and for extra functionality like a date picker simply add some script tags at the bottom of the form to the location of the script. For me it was important to be able to style radios and checkboxes with just good markup and css, but no extra libraries or jquery. Also the fact that the preview loads my theme stylesheet is a plus.
