Best free Theme for personal portfolio & blog

  • I searched around online and ended up with these 4:

    Generate Press
    Blocksy
    Neve
    Astra

    All of them are packed with features and as I’m new to WordPress, I can’t decide which one to choose.

    The features I need in my website are a portfolio page(skills, resume,etc), an about page, a page to display my projects, a blog page for posts, an email list that users can sign up for, a contact form and the ability for users to comment under blog posts.

    I am also aware that the themes I listed above have extra features for paid users. So I want to know your opinions on which one will allow me to implement all my website features with their free plan and the best overall. Thank You.
