Best Hosting Option?

Okay.. so ive been informed by my host “HostGator” that this tiny wordpress site is exceeding the RLimits and the only way they can increase it for me is for me to buy a VPS or dedicated server,at about 5 times the price.. even though i have a reseller account with unlimited everything.

Please suggest a host for me where i can transfer my existing site which consists of only a template and this plugin, and will not have issues with RLimits or whatever is keeping my basket from working.
