Best in class

I’ve tried a few TOC plugins and this is definitely the best.

The only downside is that it has a custom settings page that doesn’t fit into the WordPress UI at all. It’s a pity, but it’s not so bad as to make it unusable, so the plugin still gets 5 stars from me ??
