• Very fast and thorough support, though the best thing about ProfilePress really is the plugin itself. After trying 4 other similar plugins (both paid and unpaid) before stumbling on ProfilePress, I can say with certainty its definitely the most robust and flexible of all the plugin options I tried for creating custom registration and login pages. It certainly helps to know a bit of CSS and HTML if you want something completely custom and is developed in such a way that it plays very nicely with Visual Composer via development and styling options within each form that are then easily inserted into VC pages with short codes. So far the only thing I might suggest would be a more complete method to edit the various dialogues, though admittedly I’m still tweaking settings and forms and learning the software and most the warning dialogues and auto email contents are easily accessed and edited.

Anyhow, it’s not free and likely wouldn’t be considered cheap compared to most plugins, but the difference in quality between ProfilePress and other plugins (especially the custom registration ones I’ve tried) is stark and in my humble opinion, very much worth the cost.

And yes, the support is awesome… Fast and efficient.
