Best inbox handler

    Hi
    I’m using Fluent for sending bulk and Mailersend for SMTP.

    What’s the best approach to inbox/single email handling?

    I’m using Gmail now, but wonder if there’s a way to keep it all in WP and maybe use Fluent somehow?

    Hi @mechawear,

    FluentCRM doesn’t have any inbox feature so you cannot store any emails in CRM and reply to these emails directly from FluentCRM.

    There is an email log in FluentCRM where you can find a list of all the emails sent from CRM and also you can send emails to individual contacts directly from the contacts page.
