Best job resume / job portal management plugin software for WordPress?

I have had a look at Jobroller: https://www.appthemes.com/themes/jobroller/

… however it seems made for job postings and then applicants can search on same. This means the companies can make a position “look good” and be found by applicants. I need functionality that is opposite – where the applicants can make themselves look good?

My need is a site where the job applicants / the unemployed can create their profiles / resumes / CV’s – and then making them easily searchable for companies who are looking for new staff. The more sophisticated the registration and search on resumes, the better – filters on competence, experience and more.

Any ideas?
