Best link to use for Google Review?

    How do we get a customer to go directly to our Google Reviews page? Right now we’re sending them to our Google Organic search listing and telling them to click on the ‘Write a review’ button in the Google Business listing on the right, but this is too confusing to explain and to get them to do. Do you know of a more direct way to link to a Google business review?

    Hi @pracko, this is a great question. The ideal Google link is one that will open the “Write a review” modal. Google has instructions on how to create that URL here: https://support.google.com/business/answer/7035772?hl=en

    We’re working on a post with more details that should help ensure everyone can get the correct URL for use with our plugin. That’s because the method that Google provides doesn’t always work.

    Thanks for that link Tevya. I’d seen references to the same PlaceID map on a couple blog posts in the past, but for some reason, they never worked. The one for your link on Google did and now linking to a Google Review is really easy. Thanks so much!
