I have tried many, many, many plugins to import youtube videos automatically to wordpress. And I am yet to find one. However it is exceptionally great at manually importing videos. For that purpose I would recommend this.
But as it does advertise automatic imports, this is plainly not true. If you are trying to auto-import youtube videos, DO NOT USE THIS PLUGIN.
