Best Option for Guest interaction on your Site

Bit of a shame there are people who would put a low rating here, not warranted at all there is a free version and it provides you with enough functionality to give you the incentive to go Pro. The 100/pa or so bucks is nothing in comparison to the amazing ease you can monitor your Guest Visitors and interact with them. Not sure how much more customisation one needs but my options were a perfect fit, not sure how much more you need and I am a demanding designer.

If you have a commercial site you will be able to recover your investment in no time, I did on my first day.

This is after looking at numerous paid services and free options available, hands down BEST solution out there at the moment.

In addition the support you get is top notch, Tony is awesome, if the res to the team is as good we will be using this site as long as my presence on the web is going.
